By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Mongoose CRM provides contact, pipeline, and task management. The Free plan is limited to 25 contacts; the Pro plan ($15/month) removes that limit. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be canceled anytime through the billing portal.
You retain ownership of the contacts, deals, and tasks you enter. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you store, including compliance with any applicable data-protection law covering the people in your contacts (e.g. obtaining any consent required before storing someone's information).
Don't use Mongoose CRM to store data you don't have a lawful basis to hold, to send unsolicited bulk communications, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mongoose Athanor LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mongoose Athanor LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
